Contents1. About this Privacy Policy
1. About this Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains how J-Node Digital Solutions LLC (“J-Node”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, processes, shares, and stores your Personal Information.
It applies to your interactions with our website https://www.jnodedigital.com (the “Site”), the Site’s contact form, call-booking tools we embed or link (currently Cal.com), operational and marketing emails related to our software services, and any other channel we expressly identify.
Our goal is to help you understand what Personal Information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, how we protect it, and what rights you have in connection with it.
We process Personal Information (i) as described in this Policy and (ii) in line with privacy laws that apply to us based on where you are located. For European Economic Area / United Kingdom and California-specific rights, see the Appendices.
If you have questions about this Policy, contact us using the “How to contact us” section.
2. About us
J-Node Digital Solutions LLC is a Limited Liability Company organized under the laws of Florida, United States.
Postal address: 3530 Mystic Pointe Drive, Apt 2403, Aventura, FL 33180, United States.
For the purposes of this Policy, J-Node is the controller of the Personal Information described here, unless we expressly state otherwise.
3. Personal Information we collect about you
As used in this Policy, “Personal Information” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual—such as your name, email address, company, or other details you provide.
3.1 Information you provide to us
We may collect Personal Information when you:
- Complete or submit the Site’s contact form.
- Request or book a call / meeting through our scheduling tool (currently Cal.com) or by email.
- Communicate with us by email, or—if published and available on the Site—by phone, WhatsApp, or other social channels we link.
- Purchase, evaluate, or discuss our software products and services.
Through the contact form we typically collect: name, email address, company name (optional), message content, and preferred language (locale). Through scheduling tools or email you may also provide a phone number, role, or other details you choose to share.
3.2 Categories of Personal Information
- Identifiers and contact details: name, email, company, and—when you provide them—phone or other contact details; online identifiers and IP address from Site infrastructure.
- Commercial information: inquiry history, interest in services, and communications related to a prospective or existing business relationship.
- Internet or other electronic network activity: browser type, pages viewed, and technical interactions with the Site as recorded in server or hosting logs.
- Approximate geolocation derived from IP address (for example, country or city).
- Other information you voluntarily include in messages.
3.3 Information collected automatically
The Site and our hosting provider may automatically collect technical data through server logs and similar technologies, including device and browser type, operating system, IP address, pages visited, date and time of visit, and referring URL. See the cookies section for how we use cookies today.
3.4 Information from service providers
We may receive information from service providers that help us operate the Site and our business—currently including website hosting (for example, Vercel), transactional email delivery (Resend), and call scheduling (Cal.com)—consistent with this Policy and applicable contracts. Those providers process Personal Information on our behalf or as described in their own policies when you interact with their interfaces (for example, when booking a call).
4. How we use your Personal Information
We use Personal Information for legitimate business purposes, including to:
- Respond to inquiries and requests submitted through the Site or by email.
- Schedule and manage calls or meetings.
- Provide, improve, and personalize our software services and Site experience.
- Send operational communications (for example, confirming a contact submission) and, where permitted and with an appropriate legal basis, marketing communications.
- Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site (including reviewing technical logs).
- Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized activity.
We do not collect additional categories of Personal Information or use collected Personal Information for purposes incompatible with those described in this Policy and the Appendices, unless we inform you and, where required, obtain your consent.
5. Legal bases we rely on to process Personal Information
Where privacy laws such as the GDPR require a legal basis, we typically rely on the following mapping (the exact basis can vary by context):
| Purpose | Typical legal basis |
|---|---|
| Respond to contact forms and business inquiries; take pre-contractual steps | Steps prior to a contract at your request; legitimate interests in responding to B2B inquiries |
| Schedule and manage calls (including via Cal.com) | Steps prior to a contract; legitimate interests in organizing meetings |
| Send operational emails (for example, submission confirmations) | Legitimate interests in communicating about a request you initiated; contract where applicable |
| Marketing emails (only if we send them) | Consent where required, or other lawful basis permitted in your jurisdiction |
| Host and secure the Site; prevent abuse; technical logs | Legitimate interests in operating a secure website; legal obligation where applicable |
| Non-essential cookies or analytics (only if we enable them) | Consent where required |
| Comply with law, disputes, and enforcement | Legal obligation; legitimate interests in protecting our rights |
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests where applicable law allows. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
7. Your rights as a data subject
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Access the Personal Information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your Personal Information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Object to certain processing or request restriction of processing.
- Request data portability, where applicable.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
California residents and individuals in the European Economic Area / United Kingdom have additional rights described in the Appendices.
8. How to exercise your rights
You may exercise your rights by emailing hello@jnodedigital.com or using the Site’s contact form. Please clearly state the nature of your request (for example, access, deletion, or “Do Not Sell / Share My Personal Information”).
We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (for example, within 45 days under the CCPA/CPRA, subject to permitted extensions). If an authorized agent submits a request on your behalf, we may ask for proof of authorization.
10. Third-party links
The Site may include links to third-party sites or profiles (for example, social networks) and may embed third-party tools (for example, a scheduling widget). We do not control those parties’ privacy practices. If you leave our Site or interact with an embedded third-party interface, your interaction is governed by their policies.
We do not sell your Personal Information. We do not currently use interest-based advertising on the Site. If we do so in the future, we will disclose it and provide opt-out mechanisms where required by law.
11. Data retention and deletion
We retain Personal Information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law (for example, accounting, tax, or legal defense obligations).
As a guide, we typically aim to retain contact-form inquiries and related correspondence for about twelve (12) to twenty-four (24) months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is needed for an active business relationship, dispute, or legal requirement. Technical hosting or server logs are generally retained for shorter operational periods set by our providers or our security practices. When Personal Information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it in a reasonable manner consistent with our operational practices.
12. How secure is your Personal Information
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Please contact us promptly at hello@jnodedigital.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your information in connection with J-Node.
13. Data breaches
If a security breach affecting your Personal Information occurs and applicable law requires notification, we will notify you without undue delay with appropriate information (nature of the incident, data potentially affected, and measures taken), subject to legal exceptions.
14. Right to opt out of the sale/sharing of Personal Information
We do not sell Personal Information for money. We do not share Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under laws such as the CPRA, based on our current practices (including that we do not currently use marketing/tracking cookies or interest-based advertising on the public Site).
If you wish to opt out of any future sale or sharing, or have questions, email hello@jnodedigital.com or use the contact form and write “Do Not Sell / Share My Personal Information.” Where required, we will also honor browser-based opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) for sale/sharing opt-outs.
15. Use of our services by children
Our services and the Site are directed to professionals and businesses. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).
If you believe a child has provided us with Personal Information, contact hello@jnodedigital.com and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
16. Where we store your Personal Information
Personal Information may be processed and stored in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. Our legal seat is in Florida, United States.
Because we and many of our providers operate in the United States, Personal Information you submit may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions with privacy rules different from those in your country of residence. Where required by law (including for EEA/UK transfers), we apply appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other recognized mechanisms—see Appendix I.
17. Do Not Track and similar signals
Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals. There is no uniform standard for responding to DNT. The Site does not currently respond specifically to DNT signals. Separately, where California law requires us to honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) for sale or sharing of Personal Information, we will treat those signals as a valid opt-out request to the extent required. You can also manage cookies as described in the cookies section.
18. Updates to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the current version on this page and indicate the last-updated date. For material changes, we may provide additional notice when appropriate (for example, by email or a prominent Site notice).
We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.

International transfers
When we transfer personal data outside the EEA/United Kingdom, we use valid transfer mechanisms (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses or other recognized safeguards) where legally required. We use those categories for the purposes described in “How we use your Personal Information,” including responding to inquiries, operating and securing the Site, and communications related to our services.
